1. How does it work?

Every engagement begins with taking time to understand your context, challenges, cultural dynamics and what you’ve already tried.
From there, I design a bespoke plan that may include leadership development and coaching, team dynamics workshops or longer-term culture and strategy work.

Whether working with individual leaders or whole teams, the approach is always practical, human and grounded in simple tools that drive clarity, alignment and sustainable performance.

2. Is this scalable?
Absolutely. While I operate independently, the GiANT leadership toolkit is built for scale. All models, frameworks and tools can be rolled out consistently across multiple teams or entire organisations.
And when wider delivery is required, I collaborate with other trusted and certified GiANT coaches, qualified in Predictive Leadership Behaviours, to ensure consistent language, quality and impact. You can start with one team and scale confidently without losing coherence.

3. What does a typical engagement look like?
No two organisations are the same, but there is a predictable rhythm. I begin with discovery, identifying root issues, cultural blockers and leadership tendencies. From there, I design a tailored programme focused on your priorities — whether that’s strengthening leadership behaviours, building trust between teams, developing shared language, or clarifying vision, values and strategy.

Often, this includes a deep dive into key individuals’ Predictable Leadership Behaviours. Understanding how people are wired helps them lead themselves more effectively and improves how they lead and influence others around them.
Delivery can be in-person, virtual or hybrid, always with clear goals and measurable outcomes.

4. What makes your approach different?
I operate in the space between pure coaching and traditional consultancy.
​
I don’t simply ask questions and hope leaders find the answers, and I don’t provide canned solutions that sit in a drawer.
Instead, I combine deep listening, collaborative exploration and practical tools to help leaders address real challenges with clarity and confidence.
The outcome is a shift in day-to-day behaviour, communication and culture not just a good conversation.

5. How long does it take to see results?
The timeframe varies depending on the team, organisation and appetite for change. Some leaders and teams see breakthroughs within the first few sessions as clarity increases and communication improves. Others, particularly when tackling deeper cultural or strategic challenges, benefit from a longer engagement.

I work with teams and organisations for as long as is needed to embed the changes that will truly stick, ensuring lasting impact rather than quick fixes.

6. How do I measure progress?
Progress looks different for every team and organisation. Often it’s felt in clearer communication, stronger trust, smoother collaboration, and more confident decision-making.

To support this, I use tools such as 5 Voices profiles, team diagnostics, 360 reviews, and culture captures to help track shifts in behaviour, alignment, and team dynamics. But the most important measure is what you see day-to-day — teams working more effectively, leaders leading with clarity, and a culture that supports sustainable performance.
