The 5 Voices helps individuals identify their foundational voice (Nurturer, Creative, Guardian, Connector or Pioneer) and understand how it shapes their thinking, communication and decision-making. Teams learn to recognise each person’s voice and the unique value they bring, while also seeing where friction or misunderstandings may arise. This shared language creates clarity, strengthens relationships, and allows leaders to leverage the full strengths of their team.

Communication Code

​​The Communication Code

The Communication Code is a simple framework that helps leaders and teams communicate with clarity and purpose.

It identifies five communication intentions (Care, Celebrate, Collaborate, Critique and Clarify) giving people a shared language to express what they mean and understand what others need. This reduces misinterpretation, makes feedback easier to give and receive, and creates the conditions for honest, productive conversations. Teams using the Communication Code build stronger relationships, resolve tension faster, and work together more effectively.​

Developing Others

The Developing Others Square is a practical coaching framework that guides leaders in growing the capabilities of their team.

It maps the four stages of development (unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, conscious competence and unconscious competence) and helps leaders match their approach to each individual’s current stage. This accelerates growth, improves delegation, and ensures people reach their potential effectively.​​

Support Challenge Matrix

The Support–Challenge Matrix helps leaders balance support and challenge in a way that motivates and develops their people. It highlights common leadership tendencies that can unintentionally hold teams back, and provides a structure to adjust behaviours to create a high-support, high-challenge environment. Leaders learn to stretch their teams appropriately, improving engagement, accountability and overall performance.​​

5 Gears

One of the challenges in team dynamics is being fully present and productive, even when there never seems to be enough time. GiANT developed 5 Gears to help individuals shift into the right gear at the right moment, grow relational intelligence, and increase their influence. The model guides people through Recharge, Connect, Social, Task, and Focus modes, helping them set better rhythms, manage energy, respond effectively to others, and work more intentionally with what they are responsible for. By using 5 Gears, leaders and teams create space for rest, improve collaboration, strengthen trust, and get more done with less friction.
